13604 - Display "What's New" in the build: When you apply a new build at the client, a prompt will ask if you want to see "What's New" in the build. If yes, the help file with the current build will be displayed.

13608 - Add option to change On E-sign to Delivered: Allow documents that are On E-sign need to be changed to Delivered status. You can now do this in the Document Search results screen. This is similar to "Unsign Document" process. This will ONLY change the status. The user must also have the functionality to "Unsign Reports", in the User Group settings, to use this feature.
