VOICE MANAGER MENU OPTIONS
FILE MENU
SHOW LEGEND: Will display the color coded legend.
RESET GRID: Resets the grid to the default grid.
OPEN ARCHIVE VOICE TABLE: Allows users to search the archive voice table.
| OPEN PRODUCTION VOICE TABLE: Switches back to the production voice table from the archive table. |
EXIT: Exits Voice Manager
JOB MENU
SELECT ALL: Will highlight all jobs.
CHANGE STATUS:
UNTYPED: Will change the status of highlighted jobs to untyped.
TRANSCRIBED: Will change the status of highlighted jobs to transcribed.
DELETED: Will change the status of highlighted jobs to deleted.
HOLD: Will put highlighted jobs on hold.
NO DICTATION: Will change the status of highlighted jobs to no dictation.
CHANGE PRIORITY: Change the priority of highlighted jobs to High, Stat or Normal.
| VIEW EVENTS: Audit trail for the voice file. |
| ASSIGN TO MT: Will display a list of MTs so the highlighted file can be assigned. |
| ASSIGN TO SERVICE CENTER: Will display a list of Service Centers so the highlighted file can be assigned. |
| CLEAR ASSIGNED: Will clear the assignment of highlighted jobs. |
| EXPORT: This can only be done from the ChartNet server. It is an advanced feature. Please contact ChartNet support for assistance with this feature. |
| EDIT: Edit the provider, work type and/or site for highlighted jobs. |
| DETAILS: Will display dictation, transcription and other information for the highlighted job. |
| PLAY JOB: Will download the voice file and open it in the ChartNet Voice Player. |
| NOTE: Add a note to the voice job. The note will display in the Details and there will be an asterisk in the N column. |
| DISPLAY REPORT: Will display the transcribed report for the highlighted voice file. |
| REACTIVATE ARCHIVED JOB: If archiving is configured, jobs will move to the archive voice table. Reactivating an archived job will move it back to the regular voice table. |
| SEARCH MENU: |
| SEARCH: Opens the search dialog box. |
| DEFAULT: Displays the default (untyped) view. |
| REFRESH: Refreshes the current view. |
