Jobs on Review have been transcribed, either by a medical transcriptionist or by speech recognition system such as, M*Modal or Concord. Those jobs that have been processed by Voice Recognition are reviewed in the M*Modal or Concord Editor. Jobs transcribed by a transcriptionist are reviewed by QA with either the M*Modal, Concord, or the ChartNet Editor.
When you are ready to begin reviewing jobs, press F3 or select Review Reports (F3) from the main ChartNet window to access review jobs as shown in the image below.
