Note to all: When I installed the certificate I was then getting errors trying to connect thru ChartNet – error 400, refused - so I clicked on the default web site - then authentication and clicked on basic settings – then test settings – I got an error – when testing – so I clicked on connect as – then changed from application user 'pass-through authentication' to the chartnet_apps user.
