This will clear the connection of Users that are no longer active (Stale). A Stale connection can occur if the Internet connection was severed or went down.
The ChartNet service, MTMAINTAIN will clear Stale connections once a week. This utility is only needed if you are running out of connections and need to clear them immediately. If this is the case, Contact ChartNet Support about possible solutions.
If there is a Stale connection(s), the utility will display the message
It found 4 Stale connections in this example. If no Stale connections are found, the utility will not display anything.
