REPORT DATA OPTIONS:

NO CHECK OF MPI FIELDS IN RDS: If set to Y for yes, MPI will not be verified when saving data in the report data screen.  For example, if the typist types in a patient name or other information that doesn't match what is in the MPI database, it will not be verified against the MPI database.

 

VERIFY PATIENT NAME IN GET DICTATION:  If set to Y for yes, the user will be prompted to verify the patient name dictated matches the name in the report data screen.  This is only used if the patient name has been received with the voice file.

 

INVALID ORDERS EXPRESSION:  If the statement evaluates true, then the user will not be able to select that order.  For example, if you do not want a user to be able to select a canceled Order, use the expression (STATUS="CA") OR (STATUS="DC")

 

CC HANDLING OPTIONS:

DEFAULT CC TYPE:  Value can be FAX, EMAIL or PRINT when adding to the cc list.

 

NO CC DISTRIBUTION IF INCOMPLETE REPORT:  If selected, carbon copies will not be distributed if there are blanks or missing patient demographics.

 

PRINT ALL CC NAMES:  Print cc name, even if the name is the same as the addressee name.

 

DISTRIBUTION OPTIONS:

ADDENDUM PREFIX LINE:  Text in the Addendum Prefix Line field will be inserted at the top of a document that has an addendum.

 

ENVELOPE FORM CODE: Envelope form code for web portal printing.

 

AUTHORIZED REMOTE SERVER NAME(S):  This is the computer name of the remote server that is authorized to request information from the host server, separated by a ;.

 

CUSTOM INCOMPLETE MARKER:  This will override the default <_____> value for distribution.

 

LEGACY DICTAPHONE DISTRIBUTION OPTIONS:

These four options are only used when distributing via the Dictaphone tag file interface.

DICTAPHONE TAG FILE VERSION:  1=old, 2=new, 2.1=new with no leading 0's

 

DICTAPHONE SITE ID:  Is used for a Dictaphone tag file interface.  Use of bracketed fields is allowed.

 

DICTAPHONE SCRIBE ID: Is used for a Dictaphone tag file interface.

 

DICTAPHONE USE AUTHOR ID:  If set to Y, will use the Author ID instead of the Provider Code in the tag interface file.

 

CVOX OPTIONS

THE CHARTVOX SERVER PARTITION TO USE:  If the partition is defined, you have the ability to Export to ChartVox when setting up a new Provider under the Provider main tab.
 Note:  If you are using a partition that shares authors with other sites, DO NOT USE THIS OPTION.

 

DEFAULT PASSWORD FOR CHARTVOX AUTHOR:  If the site requires a password for ChartVox dictation, define the default password here and when exporting to ChartVox from the Provider profile, the password will be configured in ChartVox.

 

CHARTVOX SERVER DICTATION KEY MAP:  Define the ChartVox dictation key map and when exporting a Provider profile, the key map will be configured for that author in ChartVox.

 

CHARTVOX EXPORT FILE LOCATION:  This is only useful if you have multiple ChartVox systems. The default is System\Web\CVOX.  The program used is MTCVOXDIST, which is installed on a ChartVox server.

 

MOBILE OPTIONS

MOBILE WORK TYPES LIST:  For users using ChartNet Mobile Dictation (iPhone app), outlining the work types here will give them a drop down list on their iPhone so they can select a work type.  Format for adding work types is code1,description1;code2,description2 where code is the form code and description is the form description.

 

MOBILE SCHEDULE DAYS:  ChartNet Mobile Dictation can interface with a facilities scheduling system, creating a pick list of patient's for dictation.  Mobile Schedule Days are the number of days back from today to send to the mobile device.  The default is 7 days.

 

MOBILE SCHEDULE STATUS FILTER:  Define any schedule exclusions here. Format for exclusions is AND [ApptStatus] <> 'STATUSNAME'.  This is used if a provider does not want to see certain statuses on the dictation app, i.e., canceled, booked, etc.

 

E-SIGN OPTIONS:

E-SIGN TEXT (SIGNED):  The default is "Signed by [X.DOCNAME) on [X.SIGNDATE)".  This can be changed to meet the needs of the facility.

 

E-SIGN TEXT (UNSIGNED):  The default is "Preliminary (not signed by dictating provider)".  This can be changed to meet the needs of the facility.

 

PRE-SIGN DISTRIBUTION AFTER EDITS:  Do pre-signed distributions after editing an unsigned report in the Web Portal.  This is for documents that required dual signatures.  The pre-signed distribution will be used after the first signature.

 

REPORT DATA EDIT DAYS AFTER ESIGN:  Adding a value here will allow users to edit the report data screen that many days after the report was e-signed.

 

VR RENDERING OPTIONS:

OVERRIDE RENDERING PATH (UNC):  Overrides Sys.RenderPath.  Overrides the default path used to send documents to render.  This can be used for testing or troubleshooting a new rendering server.  This is an advanced feature.  Please contact ChartNet support.

 

OVERRIDE AMP VERSION:  This will override the AnyModal Publish version for testing.

 

TEMPORARILY DO NOT SEND JOBS TO VR:  Y in this field will halt jobs going to voice recognition.  To start them again, change the value to N..

 

VOICE FILE OPTIONS:

ENCRYPT VOICE FILES FOR MTCLIENT:  Encrypting voice files requires the new encryption voice player.  This is set up under System Setup, System, Misc tab. Put a Y in the field to Use New Encryption Enabled Voice Player.  Voice recognition jobs will not be encrypted.

 

VOICE IMPORT GROUP (A,C,S):  A=Account Manager, C=Commitment Group, S=Site Group.  Defining a voice import group allows you to add a group to the "Group" field in the voice table upon voice import.  The group code can then be used for Work Pools to route voice jobs from this site.  Use the Groups view in Voice Manager to see the voice jobs for the defined group.

 

MISC OPTIONS:

NO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME:  If the site is in a state that does not change times for daylight savings time (Arizona, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), change this to a Y.

 

DO NOT AUTO-RETURN CHECKED-OUT JOBS:  If set to Y, checked out jobs for this site will not be auto-returned after xx hours, where xx is defined in System Setup, System, under the Main tab.

 

DO NOT USE OVERRIDE DOC SITE FOR VR:  If this site uses a file override site for doctors, N will not use the override site when submitting jobs for voice recognition, Y will use the override site.

 

NO FORM HEADER IN WEB  PORTAL DISPLAY:  If Y, headers set up for forms will not be displayed when a user accesses the document in the Web Portal.

 

DICTIONARY TO USE (DEFAULT 0 = US):  Define whether to use the US or UK dictionary to use - US = 0, UK =2.

 

PRELIM WATERMARK FILENAME (BMP/JPG):  Preliminary watermark file, either a JPG or BMP, can be used on forms.  To save a prelim watermark file, in the Site information, select Site Graphics and select Upload site graphics templates to host.  This will save the prelim watermark on the ChartNet server and make it available when setting up forms.

 

FINAL WATERMARK FILENAME (BMP/JPG):  Final watermark file, either a JPG or BMP, can be used on forms.  To save a final watermark file, in the Site information, select Site Graphics and select Upload site graphics templates to host.  This will save the final watermark on the ChartNet server and make it available when setting up forms.

 

MAKE INCOMPLETE MARKERS BOLD:  If Y, incomplete markers on documents will be bold.

 

DO NOT PROMPT USER FOR RDS CTRL-G FIELDS:  If this is set to Y, CTRL-G markers in the RDS will not be read as incomplete or missing data.  If it is set to N, they will be prompted upon trying to save that there is missing data in the RDS.

 

AUTO-SAVE THE EDITED REPORT IN SILVERLIGHT:  The SilverLight editor in the web portal will auto save the document every five minutes in the Web Portal.

 

DO NOT ALLOW DOCUMENTS TO BE EDITED IN WP:  A Y in this field will not allow users to edit documents in the Web Portal.  Even if users have edit privileges, a Y here will not allow them to edit documents.

 

DO NOT SHOW PREAMBLE TEXT IN CONCORD:  If Y, the grayed out text (preamble) at the beginning of a VR draft, generally the dictated patient information, will not be grayed out and will need to be edited or removed.
