DO NOT ADD TO CC LIST: If the provider does not want to receive copies, change the value to Y. This will also prevent the provider's name from being added to the cc list on the document.
OVERRIDE REPORTS PER FAX BATCH: ChartNet will add documents to an existing batch if the are files waiting to fax. You can override this by adding a value to this field. For example, if the provider only wants to receive one fax at a time, add 1 to this field.
OVERRIDE FAX PRIORITY: The default is 2 (normal). This can be changed to 1 (high priority)
NUMBER OF FAX COPIES: The default is 1. If the provider needs more than 1 copy, you can change the value in this field.
FAX FILTER EXPRESSION: If the provider only wants faxes of certain document types, you can define that here, i.e., (REPT_TYPE="XXXX") where XXXX is the Form code.
PREFERRED FAX SERVER ID: If there is more than one fax server, you can define the ID of the server this provider's documents should fax from.
ONLY SEND CC IF DICTATING: If the value is Y, the provider will only receive documents that they dictated.
NO CC IF PROVIDER IS DICTATING: If the value is Y, the provider will receive copies of documents that they dictated. If it is N, they will not.
NO CC IF PROVIDER IS ATTENDING: If the value is Y, the provider will receive copies of documents if they are the attending provider. If it is N, they will not.
