Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Services > Services List > MTMAILNS

MTMAILNS:  This is used to distribute documents via non-secure email.  This should only be used to send documents that do not have PHI (protected health information) or other private information.

Server Name: Computer name that is running MTMAILNS.EXE.

Source File Mask: *.DOC.

Run Mode: Automatic

 

SMTP SERVER ADDRESS:  The IP Address or Host name of the SMTP mail server.

POP3 SERVER USER:  User name to login to your email server.

POP3 SERVER PASSWORD: Password to login to your email server.

'FROM' EMAIL ADDRESS:  The email address that will show up in the message.

SUBJECT TEXT: The text you want displayed in the subject field of the message.

MESSAGE TEXT: Optional text file that will be displayed in the email.

AUDIO DOWNLOAD URL: The URL for downloading audio files, Ex. mychartnet.com/voice.

GRAPHICS URL: The URL for the web server to download graphics, Ex. mychartnet.com/files.
