Graphics can be used on Forms and Templates. This can be a logo or other image that your customer needs on their Forms. These must be in JPG or GIF format. Additionally, letterhead can also be used. If a customer has a complex letterhead, i.e., multiple images, text boxes, etc., the letterhead can be uploaded instead of recreating it on the Form. For letterhead, use the code .body (period and the word body) to denote where the document will start on the letterhead. The file name for the letterhead needs to be added to the Form Misc tab, under Distribution Options - Word Template Filename. The letterhead must be in RTF format.
Images and letterhead need to be saved on your local computer in the C:\ChartNet\Serialno_XXX\system\sites\YYYY folder, where XXX is your ChartNet serial number and YYYY is the Site code.
DOWNLOAD SITE GRAPHICS_TEMPLATES FROM HOST: Selecting this option will download any JPG, GIF or RTF files from your ChartNet server to your local machine in the C:\ChartNet\Serialno_XXX\system\sites\YYYY folder, where XXX is your ChartNet serial number and YYYY is the site code.
UPLOAD SITE GRAPHICS_TEMPLATES TO HOST: Selecting this option will upload any JPG, GIF or RTF files from your local machine to your ChartNet server.
