DESCRIPTION:  If your staff needs the ability to put a partially transcribed document on hold and return to it at a later date or time, this can be configured by setting up USERHOLD.  This feature is available per User.

How to Place a Job on User Hold

1. Start a document in transcription (CNE only).

2. When you need to return the job and place on User Hold, press the User Hold Job button on the left.

This will return the document and audio and place on User Hold status.  In Voice Manager the audio job will be assigned to the MT who placed it on User Hold.

The document will not show up in Document Search until the document is completed.  Also, no stats will be counted until the final document is completed and is off User Hold.

NOTE:  If you lose internet connection or need to restart Chartnet Client while transcribing a User Hold job you will no longer be able to place that document on User Hold.  The User Hold job button will no longer display for that job.  If you do not finish the document when editing you will need to return the job normally and place the job on hold.   User Hold functionality will work again on the next job.
