DESCRIPTION:  If your staff needs the ability to put a partially transcribed document on hold and return to it at a later date or time, this can be configured by setting up USERHOLD.  This feature is available per User.

 

Note:  NO document processing will take place for documents placed on user hold.  This includes document calculations, TAT, etc.  The document WILL NOT appear in document search, as the ChartNet host system will not have record of any document until it submitted to the system – not on user hold.
