REQUEST METHODS: If Work Pool is selected, the User will received voice files defined in the work pool. If Filter is selected, the User will have the ability to request jobs using a Filter.
DOWNLOAD METHOD: Manual requires to user to manually request and return each voice job. Automatic method will automatically return jobs after they are completed and download the next job.
MAXIMUM JOBS TO DOWNLOAD USING MANUAL METHOD: If the User's download method is set to Manual, define the maximum number of voice jobs they can download. Default is 5.
MAXIMUM JOBS TO DOWNLOAD USING THE AUTOMATIC METHOD: If the User's download method is Automatic, define the maximum number of voice jobs that will automatically download. Default is 2.
PRIMARY WORK POOL: Select the primary work pool from the drop down box. This is required if the User's default Request Method is Work Pool.
ALTERNATE WORK POOLS: Select any alternate work pools the user works on. NOTE: If a Primary and Alternate Work Pools are configured, the user then has the ability to switch work pools while in Transcribe.
USER-SPECIFIC WORK POOL FILTERS: If User Specific Work Pools are used, then the PRIMARY WORK POOL needs to be set to USERPOOL. You can then define the User Specific Work Pool Filter. For example, if a User transcribes first in/first out HIM for multiple Sites, the User Specific Work Pool work pool would be (SITE="XX" or SITE="YY") where XX and YY equal the Site Code.
LISTEN ONLY: If this is selected, the User can only listen to voice files. They cannot complete a job.
