Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Templates > XML Tab

 

The XML template is used when the voice recognition engine is MModal.  You can copy and paste from the text tab into the XML tab.  Headings will need to be formatted (CTRL N for headings, CTRL SHIFT N for subheadings, and CTRL L for lists). NOTE:  When a typist pulls up the Templates while transcribing or editing, the template list displays what is on the Text Tab.  Best practice if you are using MModal for voice recognition is to set the Template up under the Text and XML tab.
