When transcribing or reviewing a job, you may want to refer to the Instructions tab. This is a place where your account manager or supervisor can communicate instructions specific to your account, worktype, or physician. It is recommended that you regularly refer to the Instructions tab to make certain you stay current in all communications.
There are three types of Instructions. All are accessible from the Instructions tab:
•Site Instructions: General instructions that apply to all jobs for your account.
•Form Instructions: Instructions regarding the form type (or worktype) you are transcribing.
•Provider Instructions: Instructions specific to the physician who dictated the job.
