If the dictator dictates a list, such as medications, diagnoses, etc., use keyboard shortcut CTRL+L to create a bulleted list. List enumeration preferences will be handled during the rendering process.

 

Convert text into a list as follows:

•Place the cursor in the paragraph containing the items to be listed.

•Press CTRL+L to create a single bullet item containing the entire paragraph.

•Move the cursor to the end of the first list item and press Enter. A new list item is created and its first letter is automatically capitalized. Continue pressing Enter at the end of each list item to create the entire list. See below example.
