The Concord Editor is used to transcribe documents for speaker profile training, as well as editing draft documents created by Concord's Speech Understanding technology.

You should not format section headers and sub-headings.  Although you can format within the Concord editor, it is best practice not to.  All documents are sent through a rendering process after submission. Fonts, font size, spacing, etc., are applied in the rendering process. This mean the user is not responsible for the final presentation of documents transcribed or edited with the Concord Editor.

There are many tools and functions available in the Concord Editor that are not available in the ChartNet Editor. Some functions, like the Playback Highlighter, are only available when editing draft documents.
