Navigation:  Transcribe/Editor Screens > The Concord Editor > Preamble Text

The first line(s) in a draft document will normally appear shaded in gray. This text is often information dictated that is not a part of a section header in Concord. (This differs from MModal preamble, as that is typically text that  is not needed in the body text of the document.) The text shaded in gray is considered preamble text and will not appear in the final document.  NOTE:  Preamble text will appear during print preview.
