Return to the main Document Search screen

Return to list of reports on Site Review

Edit the patient and/or Provider information

Distribute the report according to defined distribution

View the Audit Trail for the report

View the Notes written by the transcription staff

Completes the job and removes it from Site Review

Skip the current job and go to the next report.

Reject the current job and send it back to internal QA.  You will be prompted to enter a reason. NOTE - to search for rejected documents in ChartNet, a SR_REJECT incomplete queue needs to be configured.

View the current document as a PDF

Edit the body of the document

Add or remove carbon copies

Listen to the voice job for the current document

Refresh current view
