Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Providers > Address Tab

For informational purposes, you can define the address information for the provider.

 

NOTE:  If there is an Alert set up that will notify the provider via email that there are documents in the provider's e-sign queue, the e-mail address needs to be filled in on the Address tab.
