MTUPLOAD - Uploads files from the remote server to the ChartNet host, for example HL7 transaction files.

MTRECV - Performs certain processing on files received, for example, decompressing zip files.

MTFTP - General purpose file transfer program for sending/receiving files to/from a ChartNet host server.
