Navigation:  System Maintenance > Pack / Reindex Database Tables

Sometimes you need to Pack (remove deleted records) a table to shrink the size or Reindex to fix indexing errors.

See the following links to run this. run MTUTILS.EXE and go to the ADS/Security Tab and run option Pack/Reindex Tables
