Providers have the option to electronically authenticate their documents using the Web Portal.

 

THIS FORM WILL BE SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY BY PROVIDER:  If checked, this form can be electronically signed by the dictating provider.  NOTE:  The provider must be set up for e-signature in the Provider configuration.

 

BEFORE REPORT SIGNED, DISTRIBUTE USING PRE-SIGNATURE DISTRIBUTION:  If checked, and there are pre-signature distribution Devices defined, the document will distribute to those Devices prior to e-signature.  PRE-SIGNATURE distribution will distribute prior to electronic signature.  If there is no pre-signature device, the Default device will be used.NOTE:  An optional watermark can be added under the form MISC tab for pre-signature distribution.

 

AFTER REPORT SIGNED, DISTRIBUTE USING POST-SIGNATURE DISTRIBUTION:  If checked, and there are post-signature distribution Devices defined, the document will distribute to those Devices after e-signature.  If this option is not checked, the Default device will be used. NOTE:  An optional watermark can be added under the form MISC tab for post-signature distribution.

 

WHEN SHOULD CC COPIES BE DISTRIBUTED:  The default is post-signature, but this can be overridden to Pre-Sign or Both by selecting the appropriate option from the drop down box.
