Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Forms > Notes Tab

Under the Notes tab, define site specific instructions for transcription and/or editing for this particular form.  Staff has access to these instructions when transcribing or editing.  The Notes are in RTF, so format specific examples can be used for the transcriptionist.
