The Includes Tab lists 3 fields where you can list users, forms and providers that this workflow rule will apply to. You will need to list the code for each (scribe code, Form code, Provider code (not user code ), and Site Code. The values for users can be for any User (SCRIBE CODE) in the system. The values for Forms, Providers, and Sites are site specific.
NOTE: The system will process all items in the includes tab first. The system will check to see if the document matches each line of Users (Scribe code) then Forms then Provider and then Sites. Once the system finds a match it will process the document. Note that it will not match USERS AND FORMS AND PROVIDERS AND SITES. To process multiple matching items please use the logical expression on the Main Tab
