FORMATTING OPTIONS:
Allow User to Change Fonts: If the value is Y, the MT can change the font type and size.
Allow User to Unprotect Text: if the value is Y, the MT can unprotect Protected Text.
Allow User to Set Text as Normal: If the value is Y, the MT can set the text to the font type and size configured under the Formatting tab.
Allow Fit-to-Page: If the value is Y, the MT will be able to use the Fit to Page option in transcription or editing. If this option is selected, ChartNet will reduce the font size by one, until it gets to the minimum font size defined below to fit a document on one page. If it cannot fit the document to one page, it will maintain the current font size.
Auto Fit-to-Page: If the value is Y, when appropriate, the document will automatically fit-to-page. If this option is selected, ChartNet will reduce the font size by one, until it gets to the minimum font size defined below to fit a document on one page. If it cannot fit the document to one page, it will maintain the current font size.
Fit-to-Page Min Font Size: Define the minimum font size for fit-to-page.
Auto Indent Tabs: If the value is Y, tabs will automatically indent. Similar to how Microsoft Word functions.
Protect Text Pasted From Report Lookup: Selecting this option protects text that is pasted from a previous report. Refer to Calculations for protected text.
Do Not Show Preamble Text In Concord: Selecting this option will disable any preamble text on VR drafts in the Concord editor.
REPORT DATA SCREEN OPTIONS:
No Check of MPI Fields in RDS: If the value is Y, the medical record number and account number in the Report Data Screen will not be verified against the MPI table. This will override what is set up in the Site file.
Check Orders: If the value is Y, ChartNet will verify that the order number in the Report Data Screen matches the patient's record in the Order table..
Check Order not Already Transcribed: If the value is Y, ChartNet will verify that no document exists for that order number in the Order table.
Voice Subject Field: You can define the field in the voice table that contains the subject ID if it is different than the options available under the Other tab. NOTE: This is useful when the entire site is using the Medical Record Number, but this form needs to use the Order Number.

Gross Header Lines: Number of additional GROSS lines to add to header lines.
Gross Footer Lines: Number of additional GROSS lines to add to the footer lines.

DISTRIBUTION OPTIONS:
Bold Before Faxing: If the value is Y, the document text will bold prior to faxing.
Body Header Template Code: If there is a Body Header Template set up that needs to be on this form, define the Template code in this field. For example, patient information cannot be in the actual header because the header does not import via an interface. You can set up a Template with the patient information and when the document is complete, the template will be at the top of the body of the report. NOTE: This is useful for sending documents that utilize a flat file interface, where the EHR cannot read true headers.
Insert Second Tab in cc List: If the value is Y, a second tab will be inserted to keep the cc names lined up.
Do not Distribute cc Copies: If the value is Y, cc's will not distribute. This is useful if cc's are distributed through your customer's EHR.
No cc for These Doctor Types: If certain types of doctors should not receive cc's, define them using the codes below:
D=Dictating
A=Attending
R=Referring
C=Consulting
O=Ordering
M=Admitting
S=Surgeon
